EXTRA-73216 - USA (Florida) - Workforce Entrepreneurship Resource Exchange Professional Services - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce entrepreneurship resource exchange professional services to the government authority located in FL.– The project will consist of the planning, design, and construction administration of the new Workforce Entrepreneurship Resource eXchange (WERX) to include approximately 70,598 net assignable square feet (NASF) of space, and approximately 105,897 gross square feet– The project is an interdisciplinary facility that will serve as a bridge between the academic mission of the agency and our industry partners supercharging our ability to provide a highly educated workforce in the fields where it is most needed– Project similarity in project type, size, scope, and cost;• type – owner entity, end users that the project serves;• size – provide the number of floors, net square footage (not including stairs, elevators, MEP rooms, restrooms, circulation), gross square footage (to outside face of exterior walls)• scope – describe primary spaces and their use• construction cost per gross square foot (based on owner accepted GMP)– Design start and design completion dates (month and year)(2) The contract period will be for one year.
