RFP 30-2026-002-DHB Pharmacy Analytical and Clinical Support Services

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (“NCDHHS” or “Department”), Division of Health Benefits (“DHB” or “NC Medicaid”), through the NC Medicaid Pharmacy Program (“Pharmacy Program”) seeks to procure an experienced and qualified partner with actuarial pharmacy expertise on a federal, state and commercial level to support analytical and clinical services for the Department. The selected Offeror shall be responsible for assisting the Department in the evaluation of all value-based clinical program initiatives including quality improvement and cost containment strategies, as well as provide analysis related to the pharmacy, durable medical equipment, and medical coverage component of managed care in accordance with 42 CFR Part 447; Section 340B of the Public Health Service Act; Section 1927 of the Social Security Act [42 USC 1396r-8]; and the North Carolina State Plan.
