(1) Vendor needs to provide treatment coordinator services to the government authority located in West Sacramento, CA.• Monitor and evaluate current and previous season’s trapping, survey, and detection data to determine infestation hotspots and coordinate the treatment of host crops near trap finds.• Identify and locate affected growers within designated treatment areas and gather relevant contact information. Work with county staff to obtain permits as needed.• Provide source material for treatments, such as label information, application techniques, re–entry intervals and post–harvest restrictions for growers and other participants in the program.• When needed, assist in communications and coordination of treatment programs for homeowners in urban areas with host plantings.• Monthly activity reports summarizing activities performed during reporting period with itemized breakdown of hours associated with each activity and summary of key outcomes, issues, and upcoming priorities.• Annual report summarizing activities, accomplishments, and future recommendations.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
