Elevator Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services

The Cities of Dover, Concord, Lebanon, and Keene, New Hampshire, hereinafter referred to as “CITIES” wish to engage the services of one or more qualified private firms to provide inspection, maintenance and repair services for its elevators and handicapped chairs/lifts. The service provider must be lawfully engaged in the service of maintaining and repairing elevators and handicapped lifts in the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM on June 01, 2022 from interested parties to be eligible for consideration by the Cities. One (1) original proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope which is clearly marked as follows. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #B22062 “ELEVATOR INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES" Purchasing/Finance Office City of Dover 288 Central Avenue, 2nd Floor Dover, NH 03820 A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted via video conference on Monday, May 9, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. EST. Instructions to the meeting are indicated below. Copies of the RFP documents are available from the Purchasing Office, City of Dover, 288 Central Avenue, Dover, NH 03820 or at dover.nh.gov/government/city-operations/finance/bids . The Cities reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality, informality, information and/or errors in the proposal, to accept the proposal(s) considered to be in the best interest of the Cities, or to purchase on the open market if it is considered in the best interest of the Cities to do so. Failure to submit all information as detailed on Proposal Submission Checklist and/or submission of an unbalanced proposal are sufficient reasons to declare a proposal as non-responsive and subject to disqualification. Proposals which do not incorporate our requested format for providing Elevator Inspection, Maintenance & Repair Services will not be considered. Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing, and must be received by Libby M. Simmons, City of Dover Purchasing Agent, at l.simmons@dover.nh.gov no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Proposals due date to be considered. Any changes to the Request for Proposals will be provided to all Proposers of record.
