De opdracht betreft het begeleiden van coaching trajecten voor teamontwikkeling afhankelijk van de behoefte van het betreffende team. Dit is in overleg met de teamleider en het team vast te stellen. Het doel van het coaching traject is het realiseren van een cultuur waarin eigenaarschap, heldere koers en constructieve feedback centraal staat. Dit resulteert in: - Teams die werken vanuit een gedeelde visie en concrete teamplannen die in lijn zijn met de organisatiedoelstellingen. - Medewerkers die hun competenties optimaal inzetten voor het teamresultaat. - Een verbeterde samenwerking binnen en tussen de verschillende teams. 21 trajecten binnen een maximale looptijd van 8 contractjaren
