(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial equipment parts and repair services to the government authority located in Martinez, CA.– Floor Care Equipment: Automatic floor scrubbers (walk–behind and ride–on), floor machines, electric buffers, and wide–area vacuums.– Vacuum Equipment: Upright, backpack, tank, and wet/dry industrial vacuums.– Extraction and Deep Cleaning: Carpet extractors (portable and self–propelled) and steam cleaners.– Pressure and Power Equipment: Electric and gas–powered pressure washers and industrial units.– Sweeping Equipment: Walk behind and ride–on sweepers.– Transport and Mobility Equipment: Mobility carts, shopping cart pushers, and healthcare pushers.– Automated Equipment: Robotic scrubbers (e.g., Intellibot and similar units).– Responding to repair requests, including routine, urgent, and emergency needs, as directed by facility staff.– Coordinating repairs and parts replacement with facility staff to minimize operational disruption and equipment downtime.– Perform diagnostic evaluation prior to repair and functional testing upon completion to confirm proper operation and safety before returning equipment to service.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 09, 2026.
