This specification is to replace the existing JWC influent channel sewage grinder at the Hockanum River WPCF located at 120 Thrall Road, Manchester, Connecticut and shall be done in accordance with these Technical Specifications. All labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the installation of an in-line sewage grinder shall be furnished as shown on the contract drawings and as specified herein.
