(1) Vendor needs to provide classification, compensation and staffing study service to the government authority located in Butts, GA.  – A comprehensive wage and hour classification, compensation, and staffing study.– A project kickoff meeting with county leadership and designated staff.– Identify staffing gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies.– Evaluate current staffing levels by department and function.– Compensation analysis conduct a compensation market study using appropriate benchmark jurisdictions and comparable positions within the competitive county job market area.– Job analysis and reclassification– Staffing level analysis –Review of existing classification and wage structure(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
