The City of Conroe is soliciting for RFP #20251125 Senior Program Catering Services – Due Thursday, December, 31, 2025, AND at 2:00PM. The City of Conroe (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced catering vendors to provide nutritious, high-quality lunch meals for participants in the City’s Senior Program. The Senior Program serves older adult residents by offering social, recreational, and wellness opportunities, including congregate dining services that promote nutrition, engagement, and community connection. As part of this effort, the City seeks a reliable catering partner capable of delivering consistent, well-balanced meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of seniors.
