Health and Fitness Memberships

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking information on the availability, pricing and capability of firms to provide health and fitness membership services to its employees and retirees, as well as their dependents, who may be interested in such membership services from time to time. A response to this Request for Information (RFI) will not result in a contract award. The City will use the information obtained from this RFI to identify reputable and price friendly health and fitness membership service providers to be recommended to its employees and retirees. Individual employees and retirees will be at liberty to make individual choices/determinations on the appropriate health and fitness membership service to obtain. Submittals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time).
