CSE-24102 - USA (Murrieta, California) - Security Camera Systems Maintenance and Support Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security camera systems maintenance and support services to the government authority located in Murrieta, CA.     – Provide high–quality, responsive preventive maintenance, technical support, system monitoring, software support, bi–annual inspections and camera lens cleaning, upgrades, and all related services necessary to ensure reliable and secure operation of these systems with minimal downtime.– Provide comprehensive maintenance, support, and related services for the video security (camera) system.    – Provide monthly status reports summarizing hours expended, tasks completed, system health, and any issues with recommended solutions.– Verify and optimize server performance, video archive length, event recording, and recording schedules.– Real–time monitoring and advanced reporting monitoring platform to ensure status of all cameras.– 24/7 technical support for Milestone operators and management of permissions.– Video management system for cameras.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for three years.
