Vendor needs to provide enterprise–wide electronic medical record solution.• Ability to provide customer access to APIs, interface documentation, testing environments, and administrative tools necessary to develop, test, and maintain institution–managed integrations. • Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and audit interfaces, including automated alerting and support for failed transactions. • Ability to support migration of existing interfaces and workflows from the current EMR environment. • Ability to support services that receive, review, verify, and import patient immunization records from external sources. • Ability to support integration with VaxPro, mass immunization vendors, or provide alternative methods for importing and managing immunization data and workflows.• Ability to support bi–directional interfaces with multiple external laboratory systems, including laboratory ordering, results reporting, and historical data retrieval. • Ability to support automated, secure bidirectional data exchange with university administrative systems, including PeopleSoft, Workday, registrar systems, and bursar systems for demographic synchronization, eligibility management, registrar holds, and billing workflows. • Ability to integrate with online payment platforms, including CashNet or equivalent systems, to support patient self–service payments through the patient portal and institutional billing processes. • Ability to support electronic prescribing of controlled substances, including any required third–party solutions, identity proofing, multifactor authentication, and regulatory compliance requirements. • Ability to support integrated telehealth workflows through native functionality or secure integration with third–party platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or equivalent services. • Ability to support electronic faxing through integrated eFax functionality or equivalent workflows. If eFax integration is not supported, describe alternative approaches and associated operational impacts. • Ability to support electronic exchange of referral information with external providers, health systems, and specialty organizations.
