(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consulting services.– Provide strategic planning consulting and facilitation services for agency next strategic plan– The successful proposer will be expected to design, coordinate, and facilitate a series of focus groups, visioning sessions, and individual interviews for external community and stakeholders.– The successful proposer may also be asked to assist with internal stakeholder communications, development, and production of the finalized strategic plan.– The Agency is at a pivotal moment, with a variety of opportunities, priorities, and uncertainties that will shape the strategic planning process– These include an institution–wide systems assessment that may lead to significant system modernization or conversion.– The consultant will capture and synthesize stakeholder feedback, identify key themes and priorities, and support the development of compelling visual representations of the community’s emerging vision, strategic priorities, and future direction for the College– Project work plan, timeline, and stakeholder engagement strategy– Design and facilitation of up to ten (10) community partner and/or internal partner listening and visioning workshops– Visioning graphics and/or visual summaries that illustrate stakeholder input, themes, and future–state concepts– Design and administration of an external community survey– Survey analysis report and, including findings, key themes, and recommendations– Final strategic plan visualization materials and communication plans as requested by the agency.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
