Description
The City of Norfolk (“the City”) seeks proposals from qualified offerors to provide Treatment Foster Care and Treatment Foster Care Case Management related services for children and youth who reside in the City of Norfolk (the “City”) on an as needed basis for up to a five (5) year period. Eligibility for children and youth can range based on program requirements. The City intends to award multiple contracts from the successful offerors. All work contemplated under this solicitation and the proposed award(s) will be purchased on an as-is needed basis. The City cannot guarantee any minimum or maximum number of orders or amounts of compensation levels.
