RFP 8008-B-2020/MS-Children’s Residential Facilities (CRF), Juvenile Residential Facilities (JRF) And Sponsored Residential Homes (SRH

The City of Norfolk (“City”) seeks proposals from qualified offerors to provide Children’s Residential Facilities (“CRF”) and Juvenile Justice Residential Facilities (“JRF”) and Sponsored Residential Homes (“SRH”) with emphasis on the delivery of youth guided and family driven principles. Intensive family involvement, meaningful discharge planning, and deliberate strategies to reintegrate back into the community are the essential components to the assurance of effective psychiatric treatment for youth. Strong and closely coordinated partnerships and collaborations between youth, family and providers is essential. The City intends to award multiple contracts for all services from the successful offerors. All services contemplated under this solicitation and the proposed award(s) will be purchased on an as- needed basis. The City cannot guarantee the purchase of any minimum or maximum number of services or amounts of compensation.
