MRB-55341 - USA (Illinois) - Student Photography Services - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide student photography services for the 2027–28, 2028–29 and 2029–30 school years.– Contractor shall provide student photography services, including individual student pictures, class portraits, group pictures, team and individual sports pictures, club photos, school events and dance pictures, graduation/promotion photos and School District staff portraits.– Contractor shall provide all support personnel and systems to organize, publicize and maintain the picture taking process, provide for direct parent sign up of student photos and collect payments directly from parents– Must ensure all employees/representatives are neat and professional when visiting the schools. All contractor representatives will be subject to screening through the district's Visitor Identification System– School group photographs shall include accurate identification of the school, activity, sponsor/teacher, and year.– Photographer for fall and spring pictures shall photograph various events and activities by pre–arrangement with the appointed School Administrator/Yearbook Staff Sponsor– Shall set up a date and time for athletic team pictures with the school Athletic Director or appointed School Administrator.(2) A contract term will be for three years.
