Audio/Video System Project Management Services

The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract for Audio/Video System Project Management services. The City of West Sacramento Council generally holds regular meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month beginning at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the City Council Chambers located on the 2nd floor of City Hall at 1110 West Capitol Ave, West Sacramento, CA. The City also holds numerous other commission meetings, included in this Request for Proposal (RFP) in the Council Chambers of varying regularity each month. This RFP describes the Project, the required scope of services, the selection process, and the minimum information that must be included in the proposal. Failure to submit information in accordance with the RFP requirements and procedures may be cause for disqualification.
