Richmond Road over Stony Run (UPC 113296) Bridge Replacements to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to replacement of the existing vehicle bridges, pavement overlay and pavement improvements, guard rail, erosion and sediment control, pavement markings along E. Richmond Road from Jennie Scher Road to the City Line.
