EXTRA-72395 - USA (Florida) - Outsourcing Supplies - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide outsourcing supplies to the government authority located in Florida. – Owners of single–family homes that meet the eligibility requirements for the division's Limited Repair Program will apply and be income–certified through the Housing & Community Development Division prior to being referred to the selected entity.– The selected vendor will be responsible for an initial inspection of the project and developing a scope of work for review and approval.– The scope of work should focus on repairs to bring the home into compliance with the agency's minimum Housing Codes and the federal Housing Quality Standards. Nonessential repairs, luxury items and cosmetic upgrades are not eligible.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
