(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Brookings, SD.• To perform 10 standard penetration test (SPT) borings to gather data on the subsurfaceconditions at the site.• To perform laboratory tests that include moisture content, dry density, fines content(#200 sieve wash), Atterberg limits (liquid and plastic) and unconfined compression test• To prepare an engineering report that includes the results of the field and laboratory testsas well as our earthwork and foundation recommendations for design and construction.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
