YARD Fall and Spring Concert Management RFP

The Department of Youth and Recreation is seeking a New Haven Based youth serving community organization who has the bandwidth to manage the financial portion of the Youth and Recreation Department Fall and Spring Concerts under direction of the Youth and Recreation Department. The YARD concerts are a celebration of music, arts and culture in a performing facility where New Haven students and their families can enjoy a performance by popular musical artist. The soliciting organization will manage payment of subcontractors providing services for this one-time yearly event. Selection of the subcontractors will be made by the Youth and Recreation Department with input from winning solicitor. The goal of this opportunity is to provide youth and families of New Haven with an opportunity to enjoy the musical arts culture with friends and family.
