Description
Pierce County is seeking transportation service provider(s) to provide transportation services in one or more of the identified service areas to operate a transportation pilot program serving rural areas, areas outside of the Public Transportation Benefit Area (PTBA), and connections to certain bus routes and destinations within the PTBA to underserved areas in Pierce County. For this funding opportunity there is $600,000 of Pierce County Miscellaneous Current Expense funding available. The contract will be awarded for a twelve-to-fourteen-month time period or until funding is exhausted. Funding and services described in this RFP may be modified or reduced pending such award notification.
