(1) Vendor needs to provide operators service to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Providing services as both a one–stop operator and primary adult and dislocated worker service provider.– Establishing and maintaining a physical site that includes office space for intake and case management purposes, classroom space for training, and office space for co–located partners.– Aid adult jobseekers and dislocated workers, including those with significant barriers to employment, in finding high–quality jobs and careers as well as to assist employers hire and retain skilled workers.– Providing basic career services including, participant intake, orientations, initial assessments, employment services, and referrals to other partners and services.– Providing individualized career services including, comprehensive and specialized assessments, case management, individual employment plans, career planning and vocational counseling.– Building a stronger workforce ecosystem.– Promoting economic mobility for high–barrier populations. – Developing industry–specific sector strategies.– Ensure pathways to quality jobs are available to all removing barriers to employment for facing the greatest economic disparities and marginalization and by providing these groups with targeted pathways to employment and wraparound services(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 25, 2026. (4) Notice of Intent to Submit Proposal no later than July 1, 2026.
