(1) Vendor needs to provide interface engine application system. – The Integration Engine will enable seamless, secure data exchange among Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other third–party applications, improving interoperability among clinical and administrative applications, reducing manual data entry and errors, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standardsA. Subscription to Integration Engine Application system where the County will be able to interface between Health Systems Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and other third part applications.A. The ability to import and export different types of messages but not limited to HL7v2, HL7v3, X12, CSV and other raw text data format.B. Ability to utilize modern APIs to send and retrieve information to/from the Integration Engine.C. Ability to manage users with Active Directory Users and group with 2FA. SAML specifically if this is a cloud solution.D. FHIR Data Repository – Ability to seed and query repository for patient/payor information.E. Ability to provide on–prem and cloud–based Integration Engine offeringF. Ability to transfer files with different protocols (such as SFTP, SharePoint, AWS S3, Azure Blob, etc)(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
