Description
The City of Rock Hill Electric Department requests bids from qualified firms for the inspection of utility poles using a Resistograph Boring machine. The wood pole maintenance and management program shall include, at a minimum, a process for the least destructive method for above and below-ground-level testing of poles: pole evaluation, identifying and revealing poles posing a safety hazard, poles whose service life would extend with corrective action, maintenance observations, data collection and provide field findings of each pole inspected and tested
