The County of Orange as the lead fiscal agent of the Orange County Regional Planning Unit (OCRPU), otherwise known as the Orange Workforce Alliance (OWA) is seeking Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) Regional Organizer Services. OWA is comprised of three local Workforce Development Boards that include the Anaheim Workforce Development Board, the Santa Ana Workforce Development Board, and the Orange County Workforce Development Board. The Regional Organizer will support the ongoing regional workforce efforts and activities.
