Vendor needs to provide infrared search and track fleet service representative services es to the government authority located in Patuxent River, MD.• The FSRs shall provide on–site assistance to operators and maintainers to solve complex system maintenance problems, which includes on–the–job training, investigating system failures, and documenting technical deficiencies.• The FSRs will serve as a liaison between operators/maintainers and the contractor, coordinate engineering reach–back support, and submit a monthly asset status report.
