(1) Vendor needs to provide enhancing transit safety and security service through strategic collaboration to the government authority located in city.  – Public safety concerns are also influencing ridership behavior, with some riders shifting to alternative travel modes because of perceived or actual safety risks. – These trends threaten the reliability, financial sustainability, and broader societal benefits of public transportation.– To develop a toolkit with step–by–step guidance, decision frameworks, and templates to help public transportation agencies collaborate with law enforcement agencies.– Document worker and rider perceptions of safety and security through selected case studies representing a diversity of transit agency sizes, operating environments, and collaboration models.     – Evaluate the operational, workforce, customer experience, and safety outcomes associated with different collaboration approaches.  (2) The contract period will be for Two years.
