CONS-22308 - USA (Metropolitan, Ohio) - Single-Family Home Rehabilitation Service - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide single–family home rehabilitation service to the government authority located in Metropolitan, OH.• The Contractor shall ensure that any equipment and/or vehicles that he/she places on the work site shall not be placed in such a position to interfere with access by any emergency vehicles or traffic by the public at–large• The Contractor shall be free to converse and communicate with the Agency during or between visits; however, all requests for changes or decisions shall be submitted to the Agency and approved by the Executive Director after receipt and consideration of written request from the Agency(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026
