Re-Bid: General Plumbing Repair

Lancaster County, South Carolina is requesting proposals from qualified plumbing contractors to provide on-call plumbing services across County-owned facilities. Non-emergency service requests should be initiated within 48 hours of notification, while emergency requests, such as hazardous conditions, must be acknowledged within 1 hour and responded to on-site within 4 hours. Vendors must demonstrate capacity to deliver timely, reliable, and cost-effective service. Contractors are expected to provide cost-effective solutions, maintain safety standards, and coordinate effectively with County personnel.
