(1) Vendor needs to provide towing and recovery services to the government authority located in Clearwater, FL.– Provide recovery and towing services involving disabled motor vehicles.– Required services shall include to the following:• Winching• Rigging• Removal of vehicle components and drive train equipment as required for towing• Clean–up and removal of debris, fluids and hazardous materials at accident location and towing route– Vehicles with automatic transmissions shall be towed with the drive wheels off – the– ground or with the drive shaft removed. after towing a vehicle, all items shall be returned to their original positions. for example: reinstall drive shaft, re–adjust brakes, uncage brakes, etc.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
