The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering and environmental consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for the development, performance and completion of task order level air quality and noise abatement services on a statewide level. The proposed fixed billable rate on-call contract will have a maximum value of $4,000,000 per term. Pursuant to Section 2.2-4343.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, VDOT does not discriminate against faith-based organizations.
