The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services to include, but not be limited to, providing all necessary services to identify utility relocations, determine cost responsibility and to coordinate the development of utility adjustment plans of highway project development, and to provide complete engineering design, and preparation of construction plans for utility relocation and adjustments necessary to eliminate utility conflicts on the projects selected by the Department. Pursuant to Section 2.2-4343.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, VDOT does not discriminate against faith-based organizations.
