The City of North Miami Beach, Florida intends to negotiate a Sole Source procurement: Request Department/Office: Parks and Recreation Product and/or services to be purchased: Purchase of BECSys5 Chemical Controller from Commercial Energy Specialists, Inc. Anticipated Cost: $19,636.72 Sole Source Justification: Commercial Energy Specialists, Inc. is the authorized seller for BECS Technology. This request is for the purchase of BECSys5 Chemical Controller for Victory Pool. The controllers will be used to provide continuous monitoring and control of sanitizers, oxidizers, pH levels, and total system flow rates of the chemicals administered to the pools aboard the base.
