(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based asset management services.– Provide a web–based asset management system or portal, accessible by the contracting officer representative (COR), that provides real time tracking and reporting, to include status of assets and services pending and in the planning stages.– Provide the full range of relocation, custody, management, assessment, consultation, and disposal services that are in line with industry, manufacturer, and all other government standards.     • Assets include to:• Chemicals.• Pharmaceuticals.• Hazardous materials.• Electronic cigarettes (e–Cigarettes) and vaping products.• Domain names.• IP addresses and digital assets.• Rare livestock.• Racehorses.• Exotic animals.• Heavy equipment.• Gambling machines.• Real estate with encumbrances.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
