Seattle Municipal Tower (SMT) Generators Assessment

The City of Seattle is seeking qualifications for Project Title . Qualifications are due no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . All questions are to be submitted through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle no later than Question Submission Time on Question Submission Date . FAS-CD is planning to conduct a comprehensive Seattle Municipal Tower (SMT) generator systems condition assessment to identify any deficiencies, which includes the existing generators and their related ancillary equipment. This assessment is expected to conclude with a final deliverable report that includes information about the systems’ deficiencies, the proposed solutions, anticipated construction cost estimates, and a proposed design and construction phasing work plan.
