(1) Vendor needs to provide surplus property services with mandatory demolition to the government authority located in Missouri.– Existing Improvements: Buildings include the former school building, four former dormitory buildings and storage buildings. – Current Zoning: Residential/Agricultural/Industrial – Demolish and remove all existing structures, slabs, foundations paved surfaces, fences, and related improvements. – Properly remove, manage, and dispose of all demolition debris. – Perform environmental testing or remediation required as part of demolition or site clearance. – Deliver the site to the County (or proceed to redevelopment, if applicable) in a clean, graded, and environmentally compliant condition. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 05, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
