(1) Vendor needs to provide Construction Material Testing and Inspection Services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.• Soils classification for fills • Verification of each footing subgrade and fill layer • Sieve Analysis for material gradation compliance verification • Moisture Density relationship testing • Observation of proof rolling and subsequent recommendations • Field density testing utilizing the nuclear method • Observe and report on site stripping and grubbing operations(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
