Description
The purpose of this ITB is to secure a qualified contractor to complete trail repairs. The contractor shall provide the labor, materials, equipment, insurance, and incidentals required to complete the work herein. This is a term contract that will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. A minimum of 70 linear feet will be guaranteed for each trail repair that is requested by the Town. The exact sections of trail to be replaced under will be directed to the contractor by Town staff as needed and contingent of budget allocation. The anticipated expenditures per fiscal year for trail repairs is $100,000.00.
