ITB# MP-25-03 East Perimeter Wall Pressure Wash, Repair and Paint

The Town of Davie is seeking Quotes from qualified Contractors in Florida or Broward County to pressure wash, repair, and paint the entire perimeter wall (both sides and the top) at the east side of the Fire Administration and Public Works building, located at 6901 Orange Dr, Davie FL 33314. The wall is approximately 15,170 Square Feet (SF) and approximately 6 1/6 LF in height. The pricing shall include furnishing adequate and appropriate labor, machines, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, supervision, insurance, and incidentals. All work shall be done in accordance with the latest Florida Building Codes and Broward County Codes with Amendments. The estimated budget for this project is $50,000.
