There are five additive bid items as listed on the drawings: 1. Prep and paint Elevator lobbies, 2. New heat pump for Elevator #3 at Town Point Garage, 3. New heat pump for Elevator #3 at Main Street Garage, 4. New Heat pump for Elevators #1 and #2 for Main Street Garage, and 5. Hoistway Lighting.
