DES-2653 - USA (Missouri) - Document Destruction Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide document destruction services to the government authority located in Missouri.• The contractor shall perform document destruction services on–site at each applicable county facility on an as needed, if needed basis, or on a regular scheduled basis, as mutually agreed upon between the contractor and each applicable county department/division.• The county records center destruction consists of pallets of bankers boxes ready for destruction.• All shredding shall be either crosscut to a maximum size no greater than 5/8” inch shred width or pulverized in compliance with the guidelines.• The contractor shall clean up the immediate document destruction area and ensure that all loose material particles are collected and removed each time document destruction services are performed.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
