This project will provide approximately 7,370 square-feet of new office space at the Public Works property at 10355 North 121st Avenue in El Mirage, Arizona. The building envelope will consist of a stacked bond integral color 8x8x16 concrete masonry, steel pipe fencing, ribbed metal siding with accent color to align with fenestration, and aluminum storefront and window systems with plate steel shade hoods. Parking lot, sidewalk, retention, landscape, and irrigation improvements are also included with this project.
