JOC for General Citywide Construction

The City of El Mirage is seeking experienced, licensed contractors to provide labor, equipment, and materials relating to general citywide construction services to include building, altering, maintaining, repairing, improving, or demolishing any public structure or building of various scopes and sizes on an as-needed basis at various project locations throughout the City of El Mirage, Arizona, utilizing the Job Order Contracting (JOC) delivery method. It is the intent of the City to select multiple contractors for the award of a Job Order Contract. The contract period will be for an initial term of three (3) years with no more than two (2) additional one-year extensions. During the term of the contract, work shall be conducted as a series of individual job order agreements. No charge shall be allowed for your preparing of a submittal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine, and to waive or not to waive any informalities in any submittal. All information regarding the content of the specific submittals will remain confidential until a contract is finalized or all submittals are rejected.
