(1) Vendor needs to provide student and staff school photography service. – Provide school pictures and photography services related to school–based activities. – Arrange dates directly with the site administrator for photo sessions.– Provide at least one makeup date for the photo session.– Provide printer, software, and blank ID cards to the school site to print badges as needed, if requested by the site.– Print all photos on quality paper.– Arrange dates directly with the site administrator for photo sessions.– Arrange deadlines directly with the site yearbook advisor for yearbook photos.– Provide portrait sessions for seniors – provide details on the number of poses and sitting fees.– Take a senior panoramic photo, to be provided or sold as decided by the site.– Provide access to a photography studio for senior students.– Contact and provide “senior portrait” appointment times for senior students.– Provide images of students and staff portraits formatted to the yearbook company’s specifications.– Provide alpha list by grade of all students and staff not photographed.– Upon request provide photography services and packages for sale at dances.– Dance packages are to be offered both online or at the dance.– Arrange dates and obtain rosters of each team for photos with site Athletic Director sand/or head coaches.– Provide team and individual packages for student–athletes.– Provide desk calendars upon request to office staff– Provide, reusable visitor badges for site offices upon request(2) The contract period will be for three years.
