Hydrogen Infrastructure Consultant

San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) is seeking quotes or proposals for consulting services to review and evaluate submitted RFPs for a hydrogen refueling trailer, identify portable infrastructure needed to repair hydrogen fuel cell buses and the site location for installation, and to identify the scope of the project needed to retrofit and update the existing maintenance facility to meet hydrogen requirements as outlined in this SOLICITATION. The Contractor may need to meet other certain minimum qualifications to propose on this specification. Portable trailer and infrastructure must be in place before buses arrive in quarter 1 on 2024. The trailer and infrastructure must be in place and in full operation on or by January 1, 2024.
