(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending account service.– Provide end–to–end administration for health care flexible spending accounts (HC FSA), dependent care flexible spending accounts (DC FSA) and commuter benefits (transit and parking programs).– Account administration– Dependent care FSA– Claims and customer service – Financial management and reporting – Commuter benefits(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
