Building Management/Automation Systems

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with highly qualified contractor(s) that provide building management (BMS) and/or building automation (BAS) systems. BMS/BAS controls monitor the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems, etc. The primary goal of this contract is to provide 1GPA Members with a facility infrastructure that will improve system efficiency, reduce costs and increase safety.
