EXTRA-71323 - USA (Rhode Island) - Monitoring and Compliance Service for Broadband Infrastructure Deployment Projects and Grants Platform - Deadline July 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide monitoring and compliance service for broadband infrastructure deployment projects and grants platform to the government authority located in Rhode Island. – The Selected Proposer will be responsible for designing and leading monitoring and compliance Efforts.– This includes ensuring Subgrantees meet all applicable federal, state and local requirements.– This includes: 1. Monitoring the activities, grant expenditures, financial reports and performance reports of grant recipients necessary to ensure that funds are used for authorized purposes and that adequate and timely program audit documentation and processes are maintained;2. Providing monitoring and compliance expert consultation to the Corporation throughout the period of performance. 3. Providing confirmation and approval of reports as well as final closeout materials for subgrantees.– Create and implement against a comprehensive BEAD Broadband Infrastructure Monitoring and Compliance Plan and compliance requirements, including a projectbased timeline of activities for the duration of the program.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
