(1) Vendor needs to provide HR workplace investigations service to the government authority located in Minnesota. – The services to be provided are conducting prompt, impartial, and thorough investigations of workplace complaints.– Investigations include conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and creating and submitting a comprehensive Investigative Report.– The Report includes the scope of the investigation, methodology, interview summaries, relevant evidence, credibility assessments, analysis, and factual findings based on a preponderance–of–the–evidence standard.• Requesting any needed clarifications with the scope of each investigation.• Notifying of any identified safety concerns or retaliation risks for consideration.• Forwarding all media inquiries or requests for data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
